All programs are tailored to the clients' individual needs, goals, and fitness levels.  More importantly, every person that walks in the door will receive individualized, customized workouts, motivation, and a true partner on their path to a healthier lifestyle.

Studio Membership:

• Pay three months in advance ($25 per month) and receive the 4th month free. ---limited time only.
• Unlimited access to all studio cardio equipment and classes only (no personal training).
• Attendance to all workshops and seminars

Personal Training:

Personal training service requires a contract for a three-month, six-month or one year.

• You will receive faster results with your customized workout programs every 4-6 weeks for the duration of your contract.
• Unlimited access to all studio cardio equipment and classes only (no personal training).
• Attendance to all workshops and seminars
• 15% standing discount on all Vera Moore Cosmetics.
